The K2 Tandem Paragliding Baptism Package is the novelty of 2023. If the Prestige package is the Rolls-Royce of paragliding, then the K2 is a step above.

An unreal view of Lake Annecy

 

As for the Prestige flight, you fly for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. From thermals to thermals, you will fly around Lake Annecy and, as the highlight of the show, you will experience strong sensations with safe acrobatic figures at the end of the flight before a soft landing !

A privileged place for a paragliding flight

The Col de la Forclaz in the commune of Talloires-Montmin is a unique place for free flight. Jumping or paragliding, it doesn't matter, it is the ideal spot. Why is it so? It benefits from one of the most favourable aerology of the region. A very large playground for long rides, with an extraordinary panorama. It is an unforgettable flight! Before going on such a flight, we advise people to have already flown paragliders, to be sure that the flight is not too long or too sensational. It is therefore a flight for experienced people.

 

 

Supervision with K2 Parapente in Annecy

On the day of your flight, you will be welcomed in our K2 Outdoor shop in Doussard, on the shore of Lake Annecy, south of Annecy. A large free car park is available for you to leave your car for the duration of the flight. You will first be installed in one of our 9-seater vehicles which will take you and your instructor to the take-off point at the Col de la Forclaz. From there, after a short briefing, a few strides, and off you go! You will take off for 1H15 of sensation! The landing is a 2 minute walk from our shop. All you have to do is to come back and sit comfortably in one of our armchairs to watch the photos and videos of your great paragliding jump. If you wish, you can leave with them directly on your phone. 

The prestige flights and the "K2" take place in the middle of the afternoon at 3.45 pm, and between mid-April and mid-September. You should allow two hours on site. Time to get on the shuttle, fly and return to the shop.

 

 

How to book, how to offer the K2?

You have a crush on the K2 flight? You want to book or offer it to a friend? Nothing could be easier! From the list of flights, select either "Reservation" or "Offer this flight" and follow the simple and intuitive online reservation process for one or more people. The gift voucher is valid for one year. The person will only have to contact us to choose a date. 3 clicks and you're on your way! The most majestic flight in the Annecy area is yours !

This paragliding experience is suitable for adventurers from the age of 12 (minimum 40kg) and with no maximum age limit. The weight limit for this flight is 115kg. Ideal clothing includes a jumper or windbreaker, a pair of high boots, and sunglasses. Your instructor will take care of the technical equipment for you.

  • Reservations can be made directly online on our website, by telephone or in our

  • If you have booked by internet, payment is made online by credit card. The option

Cancellation from your side

  • If you arrive more than 15 days before the date of your flight, you will receive a full
    full refund.
    Within 7 to 15 days, 50% of the flight will be charged.
    Within 7 days, 100% of the flight will be charged. No

Cancellation by K2

  • In case of bad weather conditions or other events we may have to cancel your paragliding flight over Lake Annecy. In this case, we will inform you the morning of your first flight at the latest.
  • Depending on the schedule and your availability, we will try to find a later date for your flight. If no suitable date can be found, we will refund your reservation.

 

Gift certificate

  • The Consumer Code offers the consumer a right of withdrawal for a period of 7 days, from the acceptance of the offer, when purchasing online allowing him to obtain a refund or exchange of the product. No refunds will be made after the 7-day right of withdrawal.
  • The purchase refers to a dated service and is in the form of a gift voucher valid for 12 months. The validity of the gift voucher for a paragliding experience in Annecy will not be extended under any circumstances.

  • You will receive a text message and an email to confirm the time and date of the appointment.

 

The day of your first paragliding experience in Annecy

  • The meeting point is 20 minutes before your flight time at our paragliding school in Doussard. We will take you by shuttle bus to the paragliding take-off point at the Col de la Forclaz in Montmin. The landing is in Doussard. We will come back together to the shop to show you the photos and video of your flight.
  • Please bring: a pair of trainers, a jumper, a windbreaker, trousers and sunglasses.
